we started html energy a movement to get people excited about writing html again
we believe that the best of the internet is yet to come. While we are skeptical of web3 we believe that web3 people share many of the same values and ambitions as HTML Energy. We want to see a less corporate web but we believe that it's already possible with the many tools and languages that just work out of the box! We believe there is much to be explored when it comes to making websites and teaching people the power of writing HTML by hand. We also believe that through education and tooling we can bring HTML to more people. If you have the means we hope that you will consider becoming an angel investor in HTML Energy.

our twitter & email newsletter brings our www community together for HTML freewrites and generally gets our people excited about HTML. |

we have been talking with artists, educators, and developers on our podcast about how they use HTML and where they want to see the web go in the next 10-20 years. this is another way we've been making HTML more accessible to more people. |

one of our dreams is to get html into schools. wouldn't it be amazing if every child had a fundental knowledge of how to make their own website! we want to create tutorials, books, children's books, and videos to help beginners at all ages write HTML. |

As educators and students we also strongly believe that people need to be inspired to pursue knowledge. In the past we've created directories of inspiring websites. We hope to do more of this type of work.
We want to raise 300k. This will sustain our many initiatives. Crowd funded.
